Hello Everyone!
We are incredibly excited to announce a new game release, and a new Backerkit campaign, coming March 28th!
The Badger + Coyote campaign is wrapped up, and fulfillment is complete!
This year, we have started working with a new artist and editor: Galen Pejeau and Eric Lazure, whose names and work you may recognize from the acclaimed TTRPG Stoneburner by Fari RPGs. We’re incredibly excited to be working with them on our upcoming game: Substratum Protocol.
Going into 2024, we will be posting more frequently, and want to give you a more behind-the-scenes look with devlogs as we develop our games, along with these release announcements.
On to the news!
New Release: Whispers in the Walls 2e
Last year, we worked with some of our amazing fans to use the artwork they created for their play through of our solo horror journaling game, Whispers in the Walls. This week, we launched the remake that contains the art, an extensive layout update, built in player journal, and new rolling tables!
Our Next Campaign is Ramping Up: The Substratum Protocol
Substratum Protocol is our entry into the Deep Delving Mystery genre like Subnautica and In Other Waters.
In classic Pandion-style, this is a solo+ game about scientists, not soldiers, delving into the depths of the earth, to learn all they can about the interdimensional portal tearing apart our world, and ultimately putting a stop to it. It can be played as a solo, duet, or multiplayer game.
What are the other features of Substratum Protocol?
Purpose-built for solo and multiplayer mysteries
Unique dice and card draw resolution mechanics
Take special actions whose outcomes chain together
Collect beaten cards during Skill Checks to power your suit's abilities
A self-contained story, with unlimited possibilities and outcomes
Quickly build unique and interesting characters at the table
36 unique clues to discover, 36 questions to answer
10 sectors to explore, each one stranger than the last
120 events and encounters to surprise and stump your players.
Build the Last Hypothesis: When you've learned all you can, and are ready to try and stop the portal, work with your other scientists to pour over your knowledge of the portal and construct your Last Hypothesis to enact your plan. Will it be enough?
Thanks for all your support!
