Get ready for #dungeon23: The free design journal
Last week, Sean McCoy tweeted about making a megadungeon for 2023 with one room per day:
It has since exploded into #dungeon23: Design a mega dungeon, or world. Do it one room or hex at a time: One per day.
We are considering building a Mega Grove for Banda’s Grove with the community. 52 fragments in total converged at the Grove, each one containing 7 locations, encounters, or adventure hooks.
To help the ttrpg community with this new challenge, we decided to create and release the Dungeon 23 Design Journal for free on itchio. A minimalist journal containing a calendar tracker, dot graph pages, and 365 room/area design pages.
We provide 3 different layouts you can print out and put in a 3-ring binder, bind yourself, or send to a commercial printer: An A5 booklet, A4 landscape, and A4 portrait.
